New Offices

The new headquarters for Qdos at Rearsby was conceived, designed and delivered to sit comfortably alongside a locally listed building in a countryside setting.

The two storey open plan office had to be physically separate from the main office housing the parent company, Tokio Marine HCC and is accessed via a glazed link from the re-configured office space in the adjacent building.

Using a combination of constraints defined by existing built form and traditional and contemporary materials the modern open plan office space affords shaded views across the open countryside.
